Dana Lewis is the Director of Human Resources at Fidus Systems Inc.  Dana joined Fidus in 2007 and heads the Company’s human resources initiatives.

With over 10 years of progressive international experience with exposure to all facets of HR including performance management, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, recruitment and selection, employee relations, terminations, reporting, compensation and benefits design, immigration, training and education.

Prior to Fidus, Dana held a variety of management positions within March Networks, Open Text, and EDS. Also, Dana is a part-time professor at Algonquin College and previously at Guelph University, Kemptville Campus. 

Dana has her CHRP designation, a Business Administration Diploma from Sir Sandford Fleming College and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Ryerson University.
