Fidus Addresses Growing Demand in Silicon Valley for its Electronic Product Development Services

Ottawa, Ontario – April 8, 2008 -- Fidus Systems Inc., an electronic product development company, announced today that the Company has partnered with BAE Sales Inc. to expand its presence in Northern California and Northern Nevada. BAE Sales, a manufacturers’ representative firm based in Silicon Valley, now promotes and supports Fidus in the region.

The partnership addresses the growing demand for Fidus’ Electronic Product Development (EPD) services. BAE Sales will add its breadth of industry knowledge and extensive customer relationships to Fidus’ current presence which includes a design center in Santa Clara and sales support in the region. Fidus’ EPD services are a complementary fit with BAE Sales’ product line portfolio and broad customer base where there are opportunities in high growth markets such as Networking, Telecom, Storage and Medical for Fidus’ services.
